Your tasks:

• post your abstract as a new message - "subject" = your keywords - cut & paste your corrected abstract into the message window - Be careful: you may have to break it up into 2 or 3 parts, which you number "part 1", "part 2", ...
• browse through the postings that are already there using the keywords as indicators of what may interest you

• open and read those that look interesting to you
• reply to at least four of them them: questions, encouragement, comment, ... any reaction you have
• do this not only today, but again some time later as more posting will be online
